What this quote means is that anything you set your mind to could be accomplished. You just have to know how to put hard work and your mind into it. Are acts could also lead to our future so we have to think fast and do it right. He's saying we could do anything from our prospective. We also need to think right of what we do because it affects our lives in  many ways.
